Acceptable Use Policy

Version 1.0 · effective 14/07/2026

This policy applies to Customers, Providers, workloads, APIs, CapIX IDE and CapIX Code.

Prohibited activity

You must not use CapIX to break law, sanctions, court orders or third-party rights; access systems or data without authorisation; distribute malware; phish; steal credentials; evade controls; scan targets without permission; or conduct denial-of-service activity. You must not exploit or interfere with CapIX, Providers, other tenants, routing, metering, settlement or availability.

You must not generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, credible threats, trafficking material or content facilitating serious physical harm; conduct unlawful surveillance or discriminatory decision-making; infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality or publicity rights; misrepresent identity, model output, Provider capacity, benchmark, usage or payment; mine cryptocurrency, send unsolicited bulk communications or scrape at abusive rates without written permission; bypass quotas, geographic restrictions, safety controls, Provider rules or fees; or place secrets, private keys or unnecessary personal data in prompts, logs or public repositories.

High-risk workloads and Providers

Weapons, critical-infrastructure control, clinical decisions, credit, employment or housing decisions, large-scale surveillance, and workloads whose failure could cause death, injury or major environmental or property damage require prior written approval. Providers must not inspect, retain, modify, sell or use Customer Content except to provide and secure authorised workloads; spoof capacity or uptime; redirect workloads; run unauthorised code; weaken tenant isolation; or retain credentials after termination.

Enforcement and reporting

CapIX may use proportionate telemetry to investigate, quarantine workloads, limit routes, preserve evidence, suspend access, remove content, notify affected Providers or authorities where legally required, and terminate serious or repeated violations. Emergency action may be immediate; otherwise CapIX will provide notice and a reasonable appeal route where practicable. Report abuse or appeal to hello@capix.network with deployment IDs, timestamps and relevant evidence, excluding unnecessary sensitive data. Security research is permitted only under the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy.
