Frequently asked

How do credits and the balance work?

One USDC balance powers everything: generations, autopilot channels, marketplace buys and compute all spend from it. Top up with a SOL or USDC deposit from your connected wallet. Subscription plans (Pro, Creator) draw the plan price from that balance each month and grant the same amount back as spendable credits, which roll over while the plan is active.

A generation or deployment failed — was I charged?

No. Paid actions place a hold on your balance and capture it only on successful delivery. If generation, provisioning or delivery fails, the unused hold is released automatically — usually immediately, always once the hold expires. If you ever see a duplicate charge or a charge for work that was not delivered, email support within 30 days with your wallet address and the receipt ID and we will correct the ledger.

How do I remove the watermark?

Watermarks mark free output. Any account with at least one settled deposit generates watermark-free artifacts by default, as do Pro and Creator plans. Guest-lane and Free-tier output always carries the mark, and removing or obscuring it is against the Terms.

Why did my autopilot channel pause?

Autopilot channels pause automatically when your balance cannot cover the next run — nothing runs on credit and nothing is given away free. Top up, then resume the channel from the Autopilot page. Channels never spend more than the balance you actually have.

How do marketplace purchases and payouts work?

Buyers pay from their balance; the price is held and captured only when the artifact is delivered, so a failed delivery releases your funds. Sellers are credited the sale price minus the platform fee — 5% (you keep 95%), plus a 3% surcharge when CapIX hosts the artifact (you keep 92%) — directly to their CapIX balance once delivery completes.

Can I mint or sell NFTs?

Yes. NFT listings settle atomically on Solana: the seller escrows the NFT with the market escrow, and buyer payment, the platform fee and the NFT transfer execute in a single transaction — every leg succeeds or none does. Payment assets are SOL and mainnet USDC. On-chain transfers are public and irreversible, so double-check listing details before confirming.

What can I do for free?

The guest lane offers one free watermarked generation per IP address per day (three total) — no account needed. A connected wallet on the Free tier keeps access to watermarked output, community drops and bounties, and you can top up at any time to pay per use.

How do subscriptions renew — and how do I cancel?

Plans renew monthly by drawing the price from your balance; if the balance is short, the plan simply lapses to Free — you are never charged money you did not deposit. Cancel any time from Settings (or the billing API); the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Card subscriptions are not live on this deployment yet.

Which platforms and wallets are supported?

The app runs in a modern browser at chat.capix.network, with the marketing site and docs at capix.network — no install required. You need a Solana wallet (such as Phantom or any wallet-adapter-compatible wallet) to hold your account and balance.

Where do I report abuse or a security issue?

Report abusive content or marketplace listings to support with the artifact or listing URL. For security vulnerabilities, do not open a public issue — email support with "Security" in the subject and follow the Vulnerability Disclosure Policy in the legal centre.
