This notice explains what CapIX collects when you use the Service, why, who processes it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the product needs to run, we never sell your data, and we do not train general models on your private content without your explicit opt-in. The data controller is KK10 Limited (UK), the contracting subsidiary of the CapIX Technologies group (Cayman Islands) — company number 16586734, Suite RA01, 195 Wood Lane, London E17 3NU.
Please do not put private keys, seed phrases or unnecessary personal data into prompts, file names or support requests.
To provide the Service: authenticate your wallet, run generations, route workloads, meter and bill usage, settle marketplace sales, moderate content, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the platform secure and reliable, and answer support requests. We also use it to comply with law.
Content and metadata are shared with these categories of processors only as needed to deliver what you asked for:
Account records are kept while your account is active and normally for up to 24 months after. Billing and ledger records are kept for up to seven years because they are financial records. Security logs are normally kept for 12 months; support conversations for up to three years. Content you publish stays until you delete it or close the account; backups expire within 90 days. We may keep data longer where a dispute, fraud investigation or law requires it. Public blockchain records are permanent and outside our control.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these — including a full export of your account data or deletion of your account and content — email support@capix.network from an address or wallet we can verify. Deletion cannot touch data already written to public blockchains, and we may retain records the law requires. You may also complain to your local data-protection regulator.
Blocking the necessary cookies will prevent sign-in. You can delete cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. If we change this notice materially, we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: email support@capix.network. The formal network Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice live in the legal document centre.
